I’d rather hear from you than guess.

Every lesson in the Fast Lane Framework exists because a swimmer or a parent needed it. Your answers tell me what’s actually working once it hits the pool deck, what’s confusing, and what I should film next. Several lessons already exist because families asked for them, and the next round will be shaped by what you tell me here.

This takes about four to five minutes.

There are 13 questions, and only one is required, so skip anything you’d rather not answer.

Your responses come straight to me and stay private. I’ll never share your name or anything you write without your explicit permission, and there’s a question near the end where you tell me exactly what you’re comfortable with. If you’d rather your feedback stay entirely internal, that’s a completely normal answer and it won’t change how I read it.

Be honest. I genuinely value the tough feedback - it's what helps make the program better.

1. Where is your swimmer right now with the Fast Lane Framework? Choose the option that best describes where things stand today, whether you've gone deep or haven't started yet.

2. Which module have you spent the most time in so far? If you've jumped around, pick the one you've returned to most.

3. Overall, how satisfied are you with the Fast Lane Framework so far? (1 = Very Dissatisfied, 10 = Very Satisfied) Question type: Scale 1–10

4. Which specific lesson has helped your swimmer the most, and what changed after they watched it? Name the lesson if you can remember it, and tell me what you noticed in the water.

5. How clear and easy to follow are the lessons? (1 = Hard to follow, I often felt lost, 10 = Extremely clear, I always knew what to do next)

6. Which parts of the course were confusing or unclear? Please be specific about which module, lesson, or topic left you with questions, even if it's a small thing.

7. Which topic needed more detail than it got? Tell me what you wanted more of, whether that's a stroke, a drill, a skill, or something in the parent portal.

8. What's missing from the course entirely that you wish was included? This could be a stroke element, a skill, a race-day topic, a parent resource, a printable, or anything else you've looked for and couldn't find.

9. What surprised you most about the program, in either direction? This could be something that worked better than expected, or something that didn't land the way you thought it would.

10. What would you tell another swim family who's deciding whether to join? Say whatever you'd actually say to a parent standing next to you at a meet, positive or otherwise.

11. Has your swimmer seen results since starting, and if so, what happened? This could be dropped time, a cut or qualification, a technique change that finally clicked, or a shift in their confidence. If nothing has changed yet, that's useful for me to know too, so feel free to say so.

12. May I use your feedback as a testimonial in marketing materials for the Fast Lane Framework? Choose whichever option you're comfortable with, and know that “no” is a completely normal answer that won't affect anything.
